Black Jacket Treaty Of 2009

As I, Ziehen, represented RPF as highest government official and ambassador, I had the choice of picking 2 out of 4 neutral servers for USRPF. After having negotiated with Squab, UMA Leader, and later their ambassador for the meeting, Fiddy, I concluded that the USRPF would receive Polar. The Black Jackets keep Hibernate, Deu Branco (POR), and Snow Bound. The UMA gets Flurry.

The Black Jackets surrended at around 5:00 p.m. EST on Sunday, 18 January, 2008 during a battle encounter with the Rebel Penguin Federation and Underground Mafia Army. All sides agreed to hold peaceful and diplomatic negotations. Effects:

• The Black Jackets keep Hibernate, Snowbound, and Deu Branco
• The Rebel Penguin Federation receives full ownership of  Polar as a reward for their victory
• The Underground Mafia Army receives full ownership of Flurry as a reward for their victory
